Meet the Founder

Marmina Abdelmalek — Founder, CyberCloud IQ

Marmina is a cybersecurity executive with 20 years of experience building and scaling security programs for highly sensitive financial systems — across fintech, credit-card payments, payroll banking, cloud-native startups, and regulated Fortune 500 environments. That work has meant securing platforms processing millions of financial transactions a month, and leading programs aligned to PCI DSS, SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.

Today Marmina is the CISO-level security leader at a cloud-native fintech and credit-card payments platform, where the security function was built from the ground up — team, operating model, governance, and executive reporting included. Previously acting CISO for NBCUniversal’s advertising business and its enterprise data and AI programs, and Head of Security Engineering, Identity & AI at Lifion by ADP, leading around 32 people across five teams on a global payroll platform.

The through-line is depth as well as breadth: secure SDLC and automated CI/CD security gates, AWS cloud-native architecture, identity, data protection, detection and incident response — alongside applied AI security research covering agent identity, Model Context Protocol access controls, human-approval gates, and the governance processes that decide which AI use cases ship.
